Bi-folding hangar doors have been around for a while now and continue to be popular for storing and keeping aircraft safe when not in use. They are easy to use, look great, and function smoothly to open and close in any space. Bi-fold hangar doors reduce the stress on the motor because they only open half the distance of the door itself. Pulley straps allow the door to be pulled in close to the top half of the door creating a neat package. It releases just as easily.  

Horizontal sliding doors are easy to install, look great, and offer a great deal of weather protection from the elements. What’s more, horizontal sliding doors move independently of each other so no matter how large your hangar is, horizontal sliding doors can be installed to enclose the space. They attach to the hangar on the top and use rails on the bottom to secure them to the ground.  

Similar to horizontal sliding doors, telescopic doors can be used in a large application and can retract to make room for airplanes and large vehicles to get in and out of the hangar. Because they are telescopic, they leave the most room possible in your entryway. Bottom rolling hangar doors are best suited for passenger jets and larger. Bottom rolling doors are low maintenance,  and come manual or with operators and can be custome build to suit your needs. 

This style of door raises from a vertical (closed) position to horizontal (fully open). A critical feature of these types of doors is that they must be relatively lightweight; it takes a lot of hydraulic pressure to raise a door in this manner so weight has to be kept to a minimum. Hydraulic swinging doors lift the door on pivots so when it is open, it is not pulled into the hangar like a garage door.  

This style of door is just like a Hydraulic Swinging door but requires nothing more tham a common framed opening. Ideal for older building or hangars that cannot support the weight of a traditional hydraulic door system, saving you thousands on engineering for your exsisiting building. This door system is a true self supporting system.
